Manhole cover, inlet cover, or grate extractor used for manhole or storm inlet inspections and systems maintenance. The combination sledge hammer and pick/pry bar eliminates the need to carry two tools. Serrated-edge strengthens pick-end and eliminates possibility of tool becoming bottle necked in the pick bars, pick holes, or grate slots. (4140) ASTM A148 cast steel head helps break frozen covers or grates loose very quickly where they may be removed. Handle is constructed of Nupla fiberglass with ribbed hand grip.
