The WorkStar® SCRUTINEER 365nm UV Inspection Light is a compact, lightweight, and rechargeable pistol-grip ultraviolet inspection tool designed for precision and power. This versatile tool is the ultimate companion for professionals in adhesive curing, leak detection, and non-destructive testing.

Key Features:

• High-Performance UV Output: Delivers an LED Radiant Flux of 2800mW and a typical max intensity of 28,000µW at 15 inches (38 cm).

• Red Laser Targeting: A red laser dot above the center beam ensures quick and accurate targeting, even in bright daylight.

• 365nm UV-A Beam: Narrow-spectrum UV light with just enough white light for precise aiming.

Applications:

• Adhesive Curing: Quickly cures UV-A adhesives with its intense 365nm beam while allowing easy alignment during the process.

• Leak Detection: Ideal for locating dyes in air conditioning, hydraulic oil, motor oil, and coolant systems.

• Crack Testing (NDT): Reliable for non-destructive testing and crack detection.

Function Guide:

• Power On: Press and hold the rear switch for 1.5 seconds. The indicator light will turn on, signaling the unit is in standby mode.

• Momentary UV Mode: While in standby mode, press and hold the front switch to activate the UV light. Release to turn it off.

• Constant UV Mode: While in standby mode, quickly double-click the front switch to turn the UV light on continuously. Press once more to turn it off.

• Power Lock (Off): To exit standby mode and lock the power, press and hold the rear switch for 1.5 seconds until the indicator light turns off.
